I ONLY PAID 16.09 FOR 45 TABLETS OF ZYRTEC, AMAZING. THIS COMPANY MADE IT EASY FOR ME TO BUY THIS PRODUCT. I PAID ALMOST $30.00 AT MOST STORES. THANKS FOR THE GREAT PRICE. AND I LOVE HOW THIS MEDICATION WORKS. I STOCKED UP THE REST OF THE YEAR.

I bought this medicine after reading reviews, mainly as a seasonal allergy solution. I always have some level of allergy, but it gets worse during seasonal transitions.

I have taken this only once, one night before going to bed. The next morning, I could barely generate the motivation to get out of bed. I was sleepy all day, and no amount of caffeine would wake me. I’m generally quite alert in the morning and get plenty of rest, so this was highly unusual for me.

However, it did seem to clear up my seasonal allergy. I would have liked to continue taking it, but I will look into a non-drowsy alternative.

For me, Zyrtec was a mixed bag. On one hand, it did an excellent and quick job of clearing up my seasonal allergies. On the other hand, it made me so tired that it really didn’t matter. I would suggest that, if you plan to try it, do so on a weekend or a morning when you don’t have to get up. If it creates the same drowsiness, at least you can sleep it off.

While this eventually helps to suppress some of my allergy symptoms, it is quite slow to act and does not seem to be as effective as other OTC options (at least for me).

I’m highly allergic to dust mites, pet dander and insect bites — and I have some seasonal allergies, too. Claritin (loratine) worked for me for about 5 years, but moving to Florida exposed me to year-round blasts of all the things that made me weepy, gave me hives and initiated my sinus infections.

12 years ago, my physician switched me to daily Zyrtec (Cetirizine hydrochloride (pronounced /strzi¢°n/), an antihistamine), and I’ve never looked back. I want to make sure that readers know that I don’t rely only on Zyrtec; I’m a faithful user of a HEPA air purifier in my home, and, when I have a pet, I select the “non-allergenic” breeds. I don’t know whether my long use has insured that Zyrtec doesn’t make me drowsy or lethargic, but I do know that my incidence of sinus infection has dropped to less that one a year, and I’m comfortable even on the muggiest days in Florida.

I’m able to take Zyrtec in the morning, and, last year, the drug went to OTC format, which has really helped reduce the costs for me (under prescription format, with my health insurance, the cheapest I could obtain it was $100 for three months).

This 45 day dosage (10mg) is available in drugstores, and there are commonly sales or coupons. Still and all, the cheapest you can usually find it at retail is for $25 for this dosage, in my area of the country. There is a generic available now, and I’ve seen it at a big-box store, which will help cut the costs, however,

it is hard to believe that anyone will be able to beat Amazon’s price; $15.95 at the date of my writing (the 75 tablet pack for $28.54 is a little more costly); I qualify for Amazon Prime, so shipping is free.

I’m looking forward to saving a lot of money on a allergy product that really helps me this year. I know that Zyrtec doesn’t work for everyone, but if it works for you, this is a great buy!
